Upon receipt of the order, the start of the manufacturing of your instrument will begin depending on the other orders already received.
Current manufacturing lead time is approximately 1-2 months
For each instrument shipment, a rigid Evatek transport cover is systematically resold at cost price (€200) to guarantee its safety. The price includes the Evatek cover
Padded packaging completes the protection. Signage is also added to each package.
Instruments are insured, tracked and handled by hand
Once deposited, the tracking number is sent to you so that you can follow your instrument
Apply about once a month a product to nourish the steel (example: Phoenix oil, coconut oil ...) using your micro fiber cloth provided
Increase or decrease this frequency depending on use, outdoor play, humid, saline environments ...
Ideally, apply a quick swipe of microfiber lightly soaked in oil after each long game session in order to stop the action of corrosion due to the acidity and salts naturally present on the skin
About every two months, degrease your handpan with 70/90 alcohol to clean the layers of successive oils and dust trapped in it, then reapply the oil
During the manufacturing process, the Naos receive several heat treatments to stabilize the grades over time.
A tuning check is free within six months of your purchase if it has been used and maintained
Naos will re-tune and repair your handpan. Outside the warranty period, the instrument must be examined before proposing a variable estimate depending on the work to be provided
A meeting is possible and even desired as far as possible in order to be able to discuss your desires directly and be able to try out the different instruments present on site in real life, then it's always more fun to meet, isn't it?
